The current date of recording is the 1st of April. Which leaves me with nothing else than give you a very special A. Fools DJ Mix in this installment of Dirty Disco 301. A. Fools stands for April Fools DJ Mix. Which means i will not fool you with the mix, but more likely in the mix. This is a extra long episode, just so you know.

Have you ever heard about a Aprils Fools DJ Mix? Well i haven’t until today. So what would people think of that? And how should a April Fools DJ Mix sound like? Well even those are answers i can’t give. All i know is that i tried to make a sort of April Fools DJ Mix.

• Are there jokes? Yes!
• Am i being serious? No!
• Is this an extra long music podcast episode? Yes!
• Is that a joke? No!

So you must understand that there is something going on. But you have to tune in for yourself and witness this April Fools DJ mix.

This weeks music programming in Dirty Disco 301.

To celebrate the current date of recording, which happens to be the 1st of April. We are celebrating April Fools with a very special April Fools DJ Mix. To celebrate this, the installment is extra long and very colorful. In this Dirty Disco 301 episode you can expect a wide range of electronica music. From the funkiness from Jazz, Soul, Funk until the Deep Electronica Breaks, Broken Beat, Deep Jazzy House, A Bit of  Disco House, a bit of Left-field and ambient low down electronica until Techno by Ejeca. It’s all there in this April Fools DJ Mix.

Even though i would love to feature some of the played albums and music in this installment. I’m not going to do that here. What i want you to do is to tune in (press play) and listen to the music. DJ’s is an art-form and doesn’t need any guidance. Let the music be your guide, and if you really want to know what i exactly played for you. This week i created an extra long episode filled with good music to listen to, and get inspired by as a DJ, music professional or music lover. Feel free to use the track-list here below to get your hands on those music gems. Many of then are available as 12”. Many just on digital formats and though the music streaming services like Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and Apple music. If you love vinyl, remember that many artists want to release their music on vinyl, but they can’t because they don’t have enough budget to press their releases on 12”. If you support them now with buying their digital music formats. The more likely they can release on vinyl in the near future as well.
