Baxley – The Scene E.P. (Newbody Records)
Germany’s Baxley Brought us this new EP called: The Scene, which will be released on New Body Records this month.
The release will be first exclusive on Beatport on the 21st of October, and 2 weeks later on 4-11-2014 the release will be overal.
It’s a great deep house, discofied sampler, with 4 tracks on it.
Baxley – No More
This Deep Disco track contains a funky disco sample with a catchy vocal hook, perfect for that summer day at the beach or pool.
Baxley – The Scene
Is the track with the same called title as the E.P. Again strongly influenced by Disco, with the sample from Art Blakey – Sporting Crowd, this is a true deep disco track with a very working groove. We Like for you to join in with us, and have a ball!
Baxley – Suspect
Has a more bouncy pumping beat to begin with, vocal shouts coming up to bring you that uplifting effect. And then the deep house pad comes in to give it that pure deep house feel.
Baxley – The Scene (Stacy Kidd Dub)
And of course a remix couldn’t stay out, by Stacy Kidd who is know for his disco magic which he does perfectly on this remix, with a more up tempo beat, this is definitely an e.p. with a great build up towards the last track.
