What’s there to expect in this podcast of dirty disco radio 124?
I will play you the brand new EP from Tensnake – Keep On Talking / The Walk and in Tensnake – The Walk it’s pretty clear that Tensnake is inspired by an original classic from the 90’s and i’m very curious if you can tell me which track that is, you can send me an email or reply in the comments section down below this page, next to the Tensnake EP i will also play the new EP from Nicholas – Catch The Sun which is out on the dutch 4Lux record label. The track Nicholas – Stop Playing With My Heart Ft Madafi Pierre also contains a very famous sample, hit me up of you know where the sample is taken from? Next to this i’m also playing a promo EP from Die Grote – Can Be House / Change which will be released next week on another dutch label: Diepside Records and will be available on Traxsource from next week the 22nd of June. More music in this episdoe from Kartell – Tender Games EP, The latest track from The Weeknd – Can’t Feel My Face, Claude Von Stroke on his Dirty Bird label, Soul clap with a remix on Son Of Sun – Whispers, Ben Gomori – Hurry Up And Wait, which is taken from his Concious EP released on the german Blossom Kollektive.
Enough reasons to listen to this new episode of Dirty Disco Radio 124.
Shout-outs and Feedback
Also big shout-outs to Spucket from Denver Colorado, Dan Fehler also from Denver, Colorado the USA, And Nevin O’hara from Sydney Australia. Big ups to these peeps and of course everybody who listens to DDR.
I the last couple of episodes of Dirty Disco Radio i asked for your feedback on DDR, what are your thoughts and feelings, since I’m always looking for improvements you can help me out here, a have already received a lot beautiful emails and feedback from you guys, but keep bringing it on. I was talking with Dan Fehler about if it would be cool to do a sort of item in DDR where we analyze a track and see where certain samples where taken from, and where did the producer of the track took his inspiration from, like the Tensnake example. Just to be clear, without music there would be no music in the first place, with that being said and without talking about if a sample is stolen or not, it’s always interesting how tracks are being made, which samples are used and where does the inspiration comes from?
