So here we are, a new podcast episode on a new website, first of all let me know what you think of the new look and functionality, it’s still in a sort of beta, there are some small things that need to be adjusted. For an example, the RSS feed needs to be updated, now i have to post two pages on the website to get it how i want, one for the iTunes RSS feed, so that everybody who listens through iTunes and or the podcast app, can keep on listening. Normally in the old way, every-time i posted a new article and a new episode on the website it automatically comes in the RSS feed, but now i have a special post-type for podcasts, which is amazing and gives me the ability to feature every new episode on the main page with a beautiful design and a player. But posting a new episode with this post-type does not automatically include it in the RSS feed, which is needed for getting listed in iTunes.

I hope i don’t bore you with this information, but i just wanted to let you know what’s going on.
