Once again it’s a pleasure to have you here. This week i’m running after and trying to catch the flu. So it seems like. But no worries i have been through rougher times so i’m pretty sure i can handle this too. 😉 This week i managed to get you some new tracks and dropped them all in the mix in this new episode of Dirty Disco radio 247.

Dirty Disco Radio 247.

Every week my workflow goes as follow. I receive a lot of new promo tracks by several labels from around the world. Who send me their music for feedback and promotion if i like it. Next to that i search on the online record stores such as Beatport, Juno, Traxsource among others for new music that i like. From this i make a fast selection which i narrow down to a smaller selection. At this point i still have between 40 and 80 tracks that i really like and fit the DDR sound. After i sorted all track and tagged them with proper information, like BPM and genres. It’s time to create the 2 hour mix that i make every week. As you can understand by now, this is based on my emotions which starts at the beginning of the process. I’m always looking out for a nice track with a low BPM to start the show with. Preferably it has an intro or a segment in the music where i can start my voice-over intro on. From here the mix continues based on emotions coming from the previous track and the harmonies that fits in the track and so on. Basically this is how i create the mix. Once i created the mix, it’s time to add information to it and doing the voiceover. Clearly this is not all there is to it. Every week i spend a lot of time doing this. Do not forget that there is also a lot of precessing, preparation, uploading, and updating the website. Make sure it can be broadcasted on Deep Radio and West Coast Radio FM. That it can be uploaded and listened to on music platforms like iTunes and Mixcloud and of course this website right here. As you can see there is a lot to it. And it does not come by itself. Even though DDR is not generating any revenue i still love doing it. So there for i’m asking you to share the show and website with as many friends, colleagues and family as you can. This is just small effort and helps me big time with reaching out to more people and listeners around the world. If you are a business it would be a dope idea if you could listen to Dirty Disco Radio within your business. If you already do so, please let me know as i can promote your business a little bit to over 10.000 listsners every month. Just hit me up on the contact page.

A Future House Classic Podcast.

Last week i came up with the idea, to make a special House Classic Dirty Disco Radio episode. The special element that i would like to add to it’ Is that the episode will be created with each other where you as the listener provide me the name of your favorite House Classic. This can be a track within al the genres i’m playing here at Dirty Disco Radio. So it can be a Deep House Classic, or an Electronica Classic. Just think of your all time favorite House Classic and let me know which one that is. You can do that by E-mail but i’m also going to post this on my social channels so it would be even doper if you could just reply there with your track suggestion. Once we have at least 20 or more House Classics, i can try to find them and make a beautiful mix with these tracks. Which will be then played in a next DDR podcast. Additional i can give information with every track and who suggested it to me and why it is your favorite track. You can already e-mail me your House Classic. Or stay tuned and watch my social media channels carefully as i will post about this there very soon.
