We Play Wax is a imprint located in Bucharest Romania, which focuses on vinyl releases, In the beginning when We Play Wax started they were mainly a platform dedicated to Vinyl reviews, artists profiles, interviews and a monthly podcast, sort of what we do here at Dirty Disco Radio. But now they also started a recordings label and their very first release comes from the hands of Giovanni Damico & Tomson – In The Beginning. Which is a beautiful 4 track EP. I took the time to listen to all 4 tracks and every track is really amazing! Proper Deep House music with jazzy and atmospheric elements, dope vocals and grooving bass-lines.
The unique and out of the ordinary thing about this EP is that the 2 artists on it both have their own original track and made a remix of each other. The vocals featuring on the track by
Giovanni Damico – Satelite are from Keter Darker.
All with all i was very pleased to receive this promo and listening to it, i will definitely support it in our weekly podcast!
This EP will be releases on the very first day of summer the 1st of June and it will be available as a 12″ EP 180 Grams of pure Vinyl.
