This year will be the last year of my 30s. On the 9th of April i will become 39 en this means my last year before the big 40 hits in. To celebrate i created a Birthday DJ mix full of 24 spring essentials in a 2 hour DJ mix. Since i was born in the spring and spring just adds more beauty and life to all that is. So what is there it expect in this new music podcast episode of week 15? Like a said there are a lot of spring / summer influenced tracks in the mix. Expect goodness and good music from Saint Paul with a new EP on Wool Fabric International. Letherette is bringing back his Mander House Edits to add more flavor to the good weather. A few various artists compilations are also bringing in a lot of electronic spring deep house goodness. The Cryptic Cuts vol 1 compilation and the Haws Party vol 2 are doing a real good job. Both are filled with super nice releases by artists like Chicago Damn, Jank & Simba and Jonna. On Haws Party vol 2 you can expect music from Carlo, Sandboards and more. And then there is the Tastemakers vol 1 album with music from Mark Laird, Flaurese, Nova Black and Slug Father & KLM.
As you can see there is a lot of dope new music being released. But that’s not all. Because it’s my birthday on the 9th of April. I’m giving away the DJ only mix for free.
