OUT NOW! Man Without A Clue – When I Play This Record (Remixes and Edits)
After Man Without A Clue released his track When I Play this record on the sub label of Defected Records: DFTD, DJ’s and people from all over the world became very very excited about it, played on almost every festival out there this year 2014 and with the support of a lot of the great names out there like: Sam Divine, Skream, Roger Sanchez & Kenny Dope you can say that When I Play This Record is definately one of the 2014 House Anthems.
Now with that being said there was only one way to go with this track and here it is coming: the remixes E.P. Again naturally released on DFTD records.
The E.P. contains 4 Remixes / Edits from nobody less then, S.Chu, Eddie Fowkles and RED
Man Without A Clue – When I Play This Record (RED Instrumental Remix)
A real club smasher, with a stomping kick and a deep subby bassline this is something your body needs to groove to, the way the vocals are used is also something to speak for and together with the synth stab it gives the uniqueness to this remix.
Man Without A Clue – When I Play This Record (S.Chu 90’s Bump Mix)
The name already explains it a lot, a real 90’s type of beat and percussion together with the fx vocal on the background makes you believe you are somewhere near the 90’s, A very great remix from our man from London, UK.
Man Without A Clue – When I Play This Record (Eddie Fowkles Rub Me Mix)
Again something different, and this is what i like so much about those remix E.P.’s the different remixes and interpretations of the artists. Eddie Fowkles makes it unique with a very laidback groove on it, that organ play together with the other synth and the fx stabs makes it laidback but grooving, very useable after working from a climax to a bit more balanced out piece where you can build up from again and make people go nuts.
Man Without A Clue – When I Play This Record (RED Vocal Remix)
The 4th and last remix in the E.P. again from the hands off RED. A 303-esque synth-line following deep kicks and a vibrant sub-bass.
If i have to choose two favorites on the E.P. it would be the Eddie Fowkles Remix and the RED Vocal Remix.
Now enough talking just check it out below and tell us how you feel about it.
