Vibe Me To the Moon signs up South African deep house talent Radic The Myth for the ‘Fantasia EP’ with two standout singles continuing the label’s agenda-setting for 2025 in fine style.
Njabulo Ndhlovu, hails from a township east of Johannesburg and for the last decade has been making his global mark under the Radic The Myth alias. His accomplished sound has come in the form of a superb album, Revelations of House, and a steady stream of releases on Stay True Sounds and Freerange Records, where he collaborated with label head Jimpster. His signature style blends deep, soulful textures with house grooves rooted in South Africa’s rich underground heritage, and once again, he serves up a pair of story-driven tracks with meaningful emotions.
The majestic ‘Fantasia’ is a gently unfolding deep house delight with a sprinkling of organic percussion over dusty, swinging drums. The whole mix is marbled with subtle melodic motifs that drift and swirl and eventually take centre stage next to smoky vocal whispers. It’s human and heartfelt magic for intimate dancefloor moments. ‘She Super Glued My Lips’ is another superbly warm and personal sound with humid chords and low-slung kicks sinking you in deep as muted leads and soft hi-hat ringlets all bring tactile texture and loved-up late night feels where feeling and rhythm seamlessly entwine.
This one takes me back to when I was in school and obsessing about deep house I just love it.
A timeless classic
This one made me name one of my tracks forever & a day and again the pads are just amazing on this project.
The simplicity in this track is what makes me love it, pads baseline and a spoken word vox to draw you in.
It’s new but it has that sense of nostalgia about it, it makes me feel like I once heard it
This one is the true definition of underground deep house music in my opinion, everything about this song makes me feel the artistic greatness in simplicity.
I Always play this one and I relate more to the track as I grow old lol.
