This autumn, Printworks will host three major parties to celebrate the Hydra’s 10th birthday. The first party kicks off on October 29 with Hessle Audio headlining, followed by Erased Tapes on November 5 and The EFG London Jazz Festival on November 19. These events mark the goodbye of Printworks as an electronic music venue. It’s been a staple of the scene for years, and has hosted some of the biggest names in dance music. Joined forces with 3 key partners.
They’ve joined forces with some key partners to bring you all the music that has inspired them over the years: House, Techno, Electro, Bass, Hip Hop, Jazz, Experimental and generally a little bit of everything that is good. And indeed, all taking place across three events, at their favorite venue: Printworks London. This is a huge move for them as they cement themselves as a key player not only in the venue’s music scene but also in the wider cultural landscape of London. They’re proud to be able to bring such an eclectic mix of music to their venue and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
3 Last events to say Goodbye to Printworks.
The last three events will include many well established artists from the widespread music scene. Spread over the events you can see these names, at Hessle Audio on 29-10: Pearson Sound, Avalon Emerson, Pangea. During the Erased Tapes Festival on the 5th of November: Gilles Peterson, Nathan Fake, Gold Panda and Crayon with a DJ set. The last event ‘EFG London Jazz Festival 30th Birthday’ on 19-11 will host: Bonobo with a DJ set, Tenderlonious, Joe Armin-Jones & Maxwell among many others.
