We can wet ourselves and say that Calvin Harris will give rhythm to our summer. After the release of ‘Potion’, his new collaboration with Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris has announced a list of well established names for the upcoming release of his album ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2’. As usual today for an artist of this caliber, the Scottish superstar will release in the next months some releases to raise the temperature before the release of his new opus which will be released on August 5th. And, after ‘Potion’, here is the author of ‘One Kiss’ presenting ‘No Money’, a collaboration with 21 Savage.
We find from the first notes a grain and a particular atmosphere proper to the alter ego of Love Regenerator, his much darker alias. We feel the summer, the groove, the funk, the disco and the rap in the same composition. This title is perfect to listen to in a moment of relaxation, around a glass in the sunset, on the beach, in guinguette, between friends. We love it and we ask for more of this voluptuousness that we should find in his upcoming album.
Justin Timberlake, Pharrell, Busta Rhymes and Snoop Dogg will be on the new album of Calvin Harris.
There is more! Next to releasing new tracks in the coming months Calvin also revealed the collaborations of his new album ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2’. We will find tracks with Justin Timberlake, Pharrell WIlliams, Snoop Dogg, Halsey, Busta Rhymes, Swae Lee, Jorja Smith, 21 Savage, Chloe, Charlie Puth, Pusha T, Tinashe, Offset or 6lack.
Calvin Harris took advantage of this teaser to also reveal the release date of the album. The opus will be released on August 5.
