I’m very pleased to announce Yonatan Rukhman’s new EP, Solitary Sweet Funk. This is a true milestone for him and his music career. The EP will be released on one of his favorite labels: Deep Clicks, and it is his first 4 track EP where he feels all tracks are block solid connected in genre and spirit. As part of his musical research in the realm of electronic music, (and as a cocktail lover…) he would define the melange of this composition as two parts deep house and one part Nu Disco.
1. Intro To Sballo: A mindfulness track that unfolds in a cinematic, psychedelic environment with deep pads and a trumpet, culminating in enlightenment.
2. Lune: This is the most nu disco and soulful cut of the collection, with a seventies guitar loop that creates a soulful trip.
3. The Beat, The Bass: The most intricate track on this EP. It begins with a deep retro sound and evolves into an elaborate composition of lush synths and frozen ambiences.
4. The Bump: The title track is undoubtedly the grooviest and funkiest of the 4 songs. On your quest for a perfect club night, a deep subbaulline guides you from club to club.
Music producer Yonatan Rukhman, from Tel Aviv is dedicated to his Deep House and Nu Disco releases. You may also know him from the production duo “Alternate Perceptions” for hard-hitting Tech House and his alias “Rukhman” for Downtempo and Organic vibes. Yonatan’s musical talent has earned him releases on some of the most well-known electronic music labels like: Moiss Music, Hot Groovers, NDYD, and the infamous walking house label theBasement Discos. His music is cohesive, with a quality that is evident in every second of his music. Yonatan’s dedication to his art shines through in every note.
